Mutated TP53 diagnosed by NGS remained significant predictor of worse survival if adjusted on patients age and tumour site (n = 110, HR = 1.84, 95%CI 1.09, 3.11; p = 0.023), similarly if examined by immunohistochemistry (n = 107, HR = 1.79, 95%CI 1.09, 2.86; p = 0.022). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and neoplasm.
