The barplot (Figure 6A) showed that the proportion of memory B cells, M1 Macrophages, resting Mast cells, and CD8+ T cells were higher in MS, while activated Mast cells, Monocytes, resting NK cells, memory resting CD4+ T cells, naive CD4+ T cells, and M0 Macrophages were lower in MS compared with control (Figure 6B).
