PCMdt–MMAE can kill cancer cells in a dose-dependent manner, with IC50 values of 2.91 μg/mL ± 0.91 for Hs746T(MET3+/RON-), 3.90 μg/mL ± 0.40 for SUM52PE(MET-/RON3+), and 1.55 μg/mL ± 0.08 for BxPC-3(MET3+/RON2+) (Fig. 4c). The gene discussed is MST1R; the disease is cancer.
