Our analysis revealed distinct patterns: XCR1, CXCL13, and CXCR6 expression levels were diminished in M1-staged and advanced CRC cases, while CXCR6 expression was elevated in CRC patients with a history of polyposis, and CCR10 expression was heightened in lympho-invasive CRC. This evidence concerns the gene XCR1 and colorectal carcinoma.
