The results of univariate and multivariate analyses identified several independent factors influencing the occurrence of postoperative gastroparesis, including age, albumin (ALB) levels, history of anemia, history of diabetes mellitus, history of hypothyroidism, history of adjuvant radiotherapy, type of surgery, duration of surgery, intraoperative bleeding, tumor size, and number of tumors (p < 0.05) (Table 2).
