Initially, RIT1 protein levels were measured in Normal HA, NHA and six glioma cell lines (U‐251, T98G, LN‐229, A‐172, LN‐18 and U‐87MG) using WB, revealing higher levels in glioma cells compared to HA and NHA (Figure S1D). This evidence concerns the gene RIT1 and central nervous system cancer.
