In alignment with these findings, as illustrated in Figures A and B, ASPP1 expression levels in colorectal cancer cell lines such as SW480, HCT116, and HT-29 were markedly lower compared to those in normal intestinal epithelial cells like HCM460, highlighting the potential role of ASPP1 in colorectal carcinogenesis.
