Based on the methods and techniques of network pharmacology, it was found that Tiekuaizi mainly treats cerebral ischemic stroke (CIS) through key targets such as NOS3, SRC, and PPARG based on neuroactive ligand–receptor interactions and calcium signaling pathways by promoting revascularization, neuroprotection, and anti-inflammation, which also reflects the characteristics of Chinese medicine such as multi-target and multi-linkage in the treatment of CIS (Wang et al., 2022). This evidence concerns the gene PPARG and in situ carcinoma.
