Therefore, in our study, sustained transfection of the ZEB1 gene into endothelial cells can be achieved by genetic engineered ultrasound-triggered injectable hydrogels, thus restoring Notch activity of bone endothelial cells, thereby promoting angiogenesis and bone regeneration through the ZEB1/Notch signaling pathway, and ultimately promoting local bone reconstruction of osteoporosis. Here, ZEB1 is linked to osteoporosis.
