Univariate Cox regression analysis identified several factors significantly associated with mortality, including diabetes (HR 2.49 [1.31–4.72], P = 0.005), frailty (HR 2.33 [1.28–4.23], P = 0.005), age (HR 1.05 [1.01–1.09], P = 0.019), albumin (HR 0.86 [0.79–0.94], P < 0.01), hemoglobin (HR 0.98 [0.97–0.99], P < 0.001), creatinine (HR 1.01 [1.01–1.01], P = 0.002), and operation time (HR 1.01 [1.01–1.01], P = 0.043). Here, ALB is linked to diabetes mellitus.
