MYC and infection: Additionally, CPSF6-NLS chimeras displayed differential phenotypes, specifically in the SV40 and C-MYC NLS chimeras, in T cell and macrophage cell lines, where we observed SV40-NLS only partially rescued infection in T cells but fully rescued infection in macrophages and C-MYC-NLS rescued infection to WT levels in T cells but doubled infectivity in macrophages.
