These findings suggest that CENPA is a promising prognostic molecular biomarker with potential applicability in multiple cancer types, such as adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), lower-grade glioma (LGG), mesothelioma (MESO), and pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG). This evidence concerns the gene CENPA and hereditary pheochromocytoma-paraganglioma.
