PPARG and cancer: The attention next shifted to the pathways in cancer; the CDK2, NQO1, ESR1, GSK3B, HDAC2, HIF1A, HMOX1, IL6, JAK2, MDM2, MMP2, NFKB1, NOS2, PPARD, PPARG, PRKCA, MAPK1, MAPK3, PTGS2, BCL2, RELA, TERT, and CCNA2 genes are highly associated with this pathway (Figure 6).
