Furthermore, analysis of public datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA, https://cancergenome.nih.gov) or Tumor-Normal-Metastatic-plot (TNM-plot, https://tnmplot.com/) database revealed that SNORD105B, SNORD116-26, SNORA37, SNORD110, SNORD68, SNORD33, and SNORD32A levels were also elevated in gastric cancer tissues than those in normal gastric epithelia (Fig. 1c and Additional file 1: Fig. S1a). The gene discussed is SNORD32A; the disease is neoplasm.
