While many chemokines and cytokines possess dual roles necessitating further exploration of their role in anti‐tumour immunity, we observed an augmentation of soluble factors known for their tumourigenic and immune‐suppressive roles, such as TIM‐3, IL1RL1, CCL17, CXCL12 and IL‐11, in the supernatants of the transfected cells compared to the control. The gene discussed is IL11; the disease is neoplasm.
