Although none of the corresponding genes had a clearcut relationship with Alzheimer’s disease pathobiology, GRIN2C received the relatively highest score in Phenolyzer analysis (0.086) on the Phenolyzer website accessed 03/2372024, against the disease terms “Alzheimer’s disease familial” and “Alzheimer’s disease late onset” (Supplementary Fig. 1). This evidence concerns the gene GRIN2C and Alzheimer disease.
