Previous studies have investigated the CA-125 reduction rates and patient prognosis after chemotherapy.[29,30] They reported that the higher the CA-125 reduction rate, the better the prognosis.[29,30] In this study, the percentage of CA-125 reduction compared to pretreatment levels was higher in patients with CRS3, but it was not statistically significant (91.2, 91.8, and 92.4% for CRS of 1, 2, and 3, respectively [P = .973]). Here, MUC16 is linked to congenital rubella syndrome.
