Therefore, in this study, we analyzed data from National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from 1999 to 2018 and linked it with the National Death Index as of December 31, 2019, aiming to assess the impact of creatinine-adjusted urinary albumin, the urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio (UACR), on the long-term all-cause mortality risk in ASCVD patients.
