Our mathematical model effectively captures the dynamic progression and regression in a GEM model of pancreatic cancer treated with a range of chemotherapies (cisplatin, paclitaxel, and gemcitabine), both with and without stromal-targeting drugs (calcipotriol and losartan) and an immune checkpoint inhibitor (anti-PD-L1). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
