There was a significant indirect relationship between age, and body mass index (BMI) with serum level of 14-3-3 Eta protein in the JIA patients’ group, while a significant direct relationship between serum level of 14-3-3 Eta protein and disease duration, TJC, SJC, PGA, PhGA, JADAS28, ESR, CRP, and HAQ was observed (Table 3).
