YWHAH and juvenile idiopathic arthritis: Risha et al. documented the significant positive correlation between serum 14-3-3 Eta proteins in JIA patients and RF, Anti-CCP (P = 0.034 and 0.040, respectively), and CHAQ (P = 0.026) with no significant correlation with juvenile arthritis disease activity score 27 (JADAS27) score (P = 0.303).[2] Serum levels of 14-3-3 Eta were shown to be favorably correlated with erythrocyte sedimentation rate (P = 0.006), disease activity score in 28 joints (P = 0.025), and illness duration (P = 0.003) in patients with RA, according to Jianxin et al.
