Although the importance of 14-3-3 Eta proteins in several rheumatic diseases has been evaluated, its significance in the early identification of uveitis linked to JIA and RA is still being debate.[2,11] In this study, serum 14-3-3 Eta protein was compared to other biomarkers, such as RF and Anti-CCP, to assess its potential as a novel biomarker for the early diagnosis of uveitis in Egyptian patients with JIA and RA, as well as its correlation with disease activity, was conducted. This evidence concerns the gene EDNRA and uveitis.
