Using DuNE cells to model therapy-induced neuroendocrine prostate tumors, we observed that Lin28b specifically localizes to SGs, as evidenced by its co-localization with SG markers G3BP1 and YB-1, but not with DCP1, a P-body biomarker, under stress conditions (Fig. 6A, B). The gene discussed is LIN28B; the disease is prostate neuroendocrine neoplasm.
