The combination of dasatinib and hyperCVAD (hyperfractionated cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin, and dexamethasone, alternating with high-dose methotrexate and cytarabine) for newly diagnosed Ph+ ALL resulted in a 65% complete molecular remission (CMR; BCR::ABL1 ≤ 0.01%) rate and a 5-year OS of 46% [16]. Here, ABL1 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
