In the overall cohort, the presence of pretreatment del(17p) or TP53-mutated CLL was associated with lower CR rates, and there was a trend toward a decreased likelihood of CR among those with prior venetoclax exposure for the treatment of CLL (OR 0.40, 95% CI 0.10–1.63; p = 0.33) [31]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
