Lenvatinib initiates its activity via the inactivation of the p38 MAPK/NF-κB pathway, resulting in decreased levels of circulating TNF-α and IL-6, reducing cancer cell migration and invasion, and enhancing M1 polarization of TAMs in a mouse HCC model [77,78,79] (Figure 2 & Table 2).
