In contrast, the BPH + ATGSE experimental groups (250 and 500 mg/kg) revealed a significant reduction in PSA levels (2.766 ± 0.860 ng/mL and 0.945 ± 0.258 ng/mL, respectively), compared to both the BPH (p ≤ 0.0001 for 250 mg/kg and p ≤ 0.001 for 500 mg/kg) and BPH + GSE 500 mg/kg experimental groups (p ≤ 0.0001 for 250 mg/kg and p ≤ 0.001 for 500 mg/kg). Here, KLK3 is linked to benign prostatic hyperplasia.
