Another study demonstrated that oral Lactobacillus plantarum CJLP133 and CJLP243 alleviated allergic rhinitis in mice, such as promoting a Th1-type immune response and restoring Th1/Th2 balance [51], which is consistent with our data, where Lp and FOS intervention shifted the balance of Th1/Th2 to Th1 (Figure 5B,C).
