IL10 and food allergy: In summary, our study indicated that L. kefiranofaciens ZW3 normalized the immune organ index; increased the expression levels of the Th1 cytokines IFN-γ and IL-2; and decreased the expression levels of the Th2 cytokines IL-4, IL-5, and IL-10, thereby regulating the Th1/Th2 balance and exerting immunoregulatory effects in the ovalbumin-induced food allergy model.
