We focused on KLF2 (Krüppel-Like Factor 2), ETS2 (ETS Proto-Oncogene 2), and EBF1 (Early B Cell Factor 1), which are usually deregulated in several cancers, including BC [37,38,39,40,41,42], and have several putative binding sites on the EGFL7 gene (Figure 2a) [36,43]. This evidence concerns the gene ETS2 and breast cancer.
