Most mature T-cell lymphomas in our cohort were CD4-positive and were characterised by abnormal immunophenotypic features, including an altered expression of antigens of the T-cell lineage (e.g., CD2, CD3, CD5, and CD7), and abnormal expression of additional antigens such as CD279 and CD10. The gene discussed is CD2; the disease is T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
