MYCN and neuroblastoma: Many studies at home and abroad have found that many factors are associated with the prognosis of neuroblastoma [10,11,12,13] such as age at diagnosis, stage of disease, amplification of the N-myc proto-oncogene MYCN, chromosome abnormality, genetic mutation, etc. Accurately predicting the clinical outcomes for neuroblastoma patients not only helps patients know about their life expectancy but also helps clinicians make well-founded decision and further develop appropriate treatments [14,15,16,17].
