CCNB1 overexpression has been reported in a variety of human tumors, including breast cancer, cervical cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and NSCLC [63,66,67,68,69,70,71], and its upregulation is closely associated with poor prognosis in various types of cancer, including breast cancer [63,72,73]. This evidence concerns the gene CCNB1 and colorectal cancer.
