IL17A and inflammatory bowel disease: The KEGG and GO enrichment results of DEGs indicated that all four treatment groups exhibited significant commonalities in enrichment profiles, including the KEGG pathways “cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction”, “IL-17 signaling pathway”, “TNF signaling pathway”, and “inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)”, and the GO pathways “immune receptor activity”, “IgG immunoglobulin complex”, and “CXCR chemokine receptor binding”, which were regarded as crucial effects on inflammation.
