Mutational signature analyses (Fig. 2c) showed the pooled somatic variants from the LLGL2-inactivated tumours were more like the ATM-inactivated tumours as opposed to the PALB2-inactivated tumours, with GEL-Ovary_common_SBS5 and GEL-Ovary_common_SBS1+18 signatures prominent.
