Infection using high MOIs of rSeVCdseGFP or rSeVCeGFP showed more cells infected in SLC35A1 KO cells, and an even larger number in SLC35A2 KO cells at 24hpi, but in both cases the percentage of cells infected was significantly less than controls, suggesting that SeV can enter more cells independent of SLC35A1 and SLC35A2 when used at high MOIs (S4 Fig). The gene discussed is SLC35A1; the disease is infection.
