We found that OTUD6B is frequently amplified or overexpressed leading to elevated protein levels in the TCGA breast cancer cohort (Appendix Fig. S3), where it is associated with worse survival (Fig. EV1E) and basal-like TNBC (Fig. EV1G), and positively correlates with KIFC1 protein levels (Fig. EV1H). Here, KIFC1 is linked to breast cancer.
