It has been shown that overexpressing miR-204-3p promotes apoptosis and inhibits the proliferation of GC cells through inhibition of MAPK and RIP1/MLK1 signaling pathways.29 Research has shown that miR-335-5p inhibits GC progression by targeting MAPK10.30 Our study showed that the proliferation, migration, and invasion ability of GC cells were influenced by the upregulation of miR-499a-5p. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK10 and gastric cancer.
