Compound V [32] (Figure 1) was detected to show anti-NSCLC effects and EGFR inhibition (IC50 = 32.5 nM), whereas compound VI [33] (Figure 1) inhibited both EGFR (IC50 = 0.009 μM) and HER2 (IC50 = 0.013 μM), and demonstrated potential antibreast cancer activity. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
