PLOD1 and polycystic ovary syndrome: Table 1 shows the essential clinical information of control (n = 50) and PCOS (n = 152) subjects. Among them, Height, Weight, Body mass index (BMI), Progesterone (P), Prolactin (PRL), and Estradiol (E2) had no significant difference between the control and PCOS groups (P value>0.05). While Age, LH, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), LH/FSH, and Testosterone (T) were significantly different between the control and PCOS groups (P value <0.05).
