FGF13 and status epilepticus: Metabolite set enrichment analysis in Gad2-Fgf13 cKO vs. WT revealed that the most enriched Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway among upregulated metabolites was glycolysis (p=4.29E-6), also consistent with data obtained in patients in status epilepticus (Hanin et al., 2024).
