Ribosomal proteins, suchas small ribosomal subunit proteins eS19 and uS10 (RPS19, RPS20),were differentially expressed between both NSCLC subtypes and NAT.These and other ribosomal proteins are implicated in regulation ofTP5351 and are indicative of the changesbetween tumor and normal tissue seen in the functional analysis identificationof pathways related to protein translation and RNA-related processes(Figure S8, Tables S13, and S14). The gene discussed is RPS19; the disease is neoplasm.
