Herein, the levels of PPAR-γ and GLUT4 in the cytoplasm and membrane of the mouse livers after exposure to sodium arsenite (0, 0.5, 5, and 50 ppm) were assessed to investigate the roles of altered PPAR-γ expression and GLUT4 translocation in arsenite-induced hepatic insulin resistance. Here, PPARG is linked to Insulin resistance.
