CD30 is upregulated in anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), as well as various Epstein–Barr virus (EBV)-driven lymphomas (classical HL, Burkitt’s lymphoma, and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma), but is relatively scarcely expressed in normal tissues, making it a lucrative target in ADC development [159,160,161,162]. Here, TNFRSF8 is linked to primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
