KEGG pathway analysis revealed significant differences in several pathways; Figure 2A presents the top 10 pathways, with significant differences in the mRNA levels of genes associated with cancer pathways, MAPK signaling, Hippo signaling, regulation of stem cell pluripotency, IL-17 signaling, TNF signaling, animal mitophagy, steroid biosynthesis, terpenoid backbone biosynthesis, and D-glutamine and D-glutamate metabolism. Here, IL17A is linked to cancer.
