Oleamide concentrations were found to have significant impact on both AD progression and MCI/AD classification models;Phospholipase A2, properdin, alpha-synuclein, and junctophilin-3 were found to be key proteins predicting MCI conversion to AD;EVs extracted from microglia showed higher concentrations of oleamide compared to unstimulated and stimulated mice microglia cultures. This evidence concerns the gene CFP and Alzheimer disease.
