As shown in Figure 1A, SETDB1 expression was significantly upregulated in several tumor tissues, including bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), and lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC). This evidence concerns the gene SETDB1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
