In this study, HK-2 cells were damaged by COM and COD with a size of 3 μm to construct a kidney stone model in vitro, and the effects of COM and COD on ERS, TXNIP, CHOP, and pyroptosis were investigated, in order to provide enlightenment for inhibiting the formation of kidney stones and finding therapeutic targets. The gene discussed is DDIT3; the disease is nephrolithiasis.
