High-grade gliomas, now named according to the 2021 WHO classification of tumors of the CNS, include isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) wild-type glioblastoma (GBwt-IDH), IDH-mutated astrocytoma without 1p/19q codeletion, grades 3 and 4 (Amut-IDH,G3-4), and oligodendroglioma mutated for IDH with codeletion 1p/19q grade 3 (Omut-IDH,codel-1p/19q,G3) [10,11].
