RRM2 and hepatocellular carcinoma: A variety of pharmacological methods, such as MTT, colony formation, EdU, Western blotting, Q-PCR, wound healing, Transwell, cytoskeleton F-actin filaments, immunohistochemistry (IHC), hematoxylin–eosin (HE) staining, and dual-luciferase reporter assay analyses, were utilized to study the pharmacological effects and potential mechanisms of ribonucleotide reductase regulatory subunit M2 (RRM2) in HCC.
