In Bonferroni-corrected leave-one-out analyses, omitting single SNPs did not achieve statistical significance for exposures associated with PCOS (MCP-1/CCL2: p > 3.85 × 10−3, 0.05/13) or endometriosis (IL-2: p > 0.01, 0.05/5; IL-9: p > 8.33 × 10−3, 0.05/6). This evidence concerns the gene CCL2 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
