LTB4R and neoplasm: We applied identical protein inference stringency analysis as in the initial study and demonstrated that 11 proteins (i.e., GDI1, SLC2A1, DARS1, ENO2, PGM1, COL6A1, LRRFIP2, NSF, TMED9, LTB4R, and CO9) were significantly up-regulated in patients whose tumour recurred compared to those whose tumour did not.
